I believe it is more important to make a friend than it is to make a sale.
An independent survey reports that 84% of home buyers would use the same realtor again. As an average, this is a very positive statistic, but I personally, am striving to increasing that percentage. My personal goal is to ensure that each and every client I represent in any real estate transaction, sale or purchase, will unhesitatingly use my services again or recommend my services to a friend. Afterall, my best advertisement to the public is the referral of a satisfied customer.
